Women's Travel Fest 2017

The Women's Travel Fest is a 3-day conference aimed at inspiring, empowering and connecting women who travel. Founded in 2013 by Kelly Lewis of Go Girl Guides! it's quickly growing and being recognized as an event that truly empowers female travelers in an industry so frequently dominated by men. Travel industry veterans like Samantha Brown, Cassie De Pecol (the youngest woman to visit every country), Pauline Frommer and other women. I gave a talk on Traveling as An American Woman today and sat on a panel on Travelers and Dating / Relationships. Here is a snippet of the weekend. 

I had the honor of speaking at Women’s Travel Fest about traveling as an American woman today. I wanted the discussion to run the gamut from safety, to perks, stereotypes and most importantly, our role as American women as travel ambassadors of the United States.

Do you know I have a podcast called Never Date A Traveler? While it's now on a break, I love talking about love and travel. At Women's Travel Fest, I loved sitting on a panel with festival founder Kelly Lewis of Go Girl Guides, TV host and creator of Travel Bare Feet, Mickela Mallozzi and blogger & influencer, Alyssa Ramos of My Life's a Travel Movie as we had a girlchat on all things travel and dating.
