Nneya Richards joined promising up-and-coming designer, Azede Jean-Pierre's team as publicist in early Spring of 2013. In Azede Jean-Pierre, Nneya Richards not only saw immense talent but tenacity and drive and joined the team in building the press department from the ground up, from solidifying sample trafficking to attaining retroactive mentions and additional press for celebrity placement and editorial placement previously garnered by the brand. Double N Rich consulting further attained editorial coverage and VIP seeding for the brand as well as worked with Rep Mode Public Relations on the Azede Jean-Pierre Spring / Summer 2014 & Fall / Winter 2014 presentations at Milk Studios.
Double N Rich consulting also secured Azede Jean-Pierre trunk shows on Moda Operandi for the SS14, FW14 & SS15 seasons.
In the fall of 2015, Nneya Richards worked with the emerging, London based jewelry brand, Almasika, introducing them to the American market.
Double N Rich Consulting began working with up-and-coming designer, Katherine Feiner in February 2013. Existing for two seasons prior, Katherine Feiner brought Nneya Richards in to help shape & properly convey the brand image and oversee all communications and launch the brand in the eyes of the media, preparing Katherine Feiner for a major sales expansion.
Under Double N Rich Consulting's public relation and VIP direction, Katherine Feiner has become a nationally recognized brand garnering attention from celebrities and magazines alike.
In Spring 2014, Double N Rich joined husband and wife team Kofi and Kristin Essel of Third Crown as brand publicist. A contemporary jewelry company with modern, clean designs, Nneya Richards was brought on the team to gain more industry attention for the brand in terms of editorial placements and thereby resulting in sales. Nneya Richards introduced the brand to editors by way of VIP seeding and celebrity press releases coupled with desksides piquing editors interests in the collection for upcoming editorial placement.
Mother & Daughter design duo brought on Nneya Richards & Double N Rich Consulting for the launch of their high contemporary womenswear brand, Sofi Wolf. Testing the market with a small capsule collection for FW13, the designers were ready to go full scale with their outreach for SS14 with more sophisticated designs and branding to reflect this.
Nneya Richards brought on a social media consultant, new photographer, and creative directed & styled the brand's Spring / Summer 2014 lookbook as well as advised an accessories expansion of scarves in the brand's signature prints.
Unfortunately the brand was unable to meet production demands and closed it's doors in December 2013.
Well established in her hometown of Budapest Hungary and having received acclaim from top publications in Eastern Europe and the UK, Dora Abodi joined with Nneya Richards & Double N Rich Consulting in the summer of 2014 to slowly grow visibility in the US market starting with VIP and tastemaker outreach.
Nneya Richards successfully seeded previous Dora Abodi collections to tastemakers and celebrities garnering major press and recognition from Jena Malone for her wearing one of Dora Abodi designs during press tour for mega-franchise, Hunger Games: Catching Fire Toronto premiere.
From 2009 - 2012, Nneya Richards was in the US Communications Department at Topshop, working on everything from retail event production, to standard editorial outreach and what really made Topshop's mark in the US, VIP dressing. Having served on the advisory board for crowd-sourcing jewelry website Yellowsmith / SjopBevel, acquired last year by Etsy, Nneya Richards consulted on furthering the brand through strategic partnerships, assisting in product push and industry introductions and advice. Nneya Richards was able to attain a placement in Lucky magazine's October 2013 Editor's Letter for the brand through personal relationships.
Nneya Richards also did brand consulting for up and coming brand, Vincetta, obtaining placements in Essence magazine, Scene magazine as well as on Tai Beauchamp, Refinery29 and Beyoncé.
